Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data.
• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited mass outreach, spam, or discriminatory messages.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Hiring decisions must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.

Candidates own the information they submit. By submitting a profile, you grant Sourced a non-exclusive license to host and display the profile to authorized hiring managers in line with our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans renew on the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. Per-unlock charges are final and non-refundable once the contact has been revealed. Plan fees are billed in USD via Stripe.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any candidate is a fit for any particular role.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourced's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
