About
I have developed my career in business analysis, where I discovered my passion for understanding how businesses work. I became deeply interested in business metrics and how they must be supported by solid financial analysis to ensure the business stays healthy and sustainable. Motivated by the need to work more independently from IT departments, I’ve improved my skills to transform complex data sets. I mean cleaning, modeling, and visualizing it—to create a culture where decisions are based on data and provide actionable insights that drive results. I’d like to focus on some of the core values that define me and that I consider essential when embarking on a new project. During the last five months traveling across Europe, I realized that I want to be part of a company that inspires its employees to give 150% and constantly strive for self-improvement through knowledge sharing and a collaborative environment. This dedication shouldn’t come from a sense of obligation. Instead it should come from a true feeling of belonging and that’s happened only if the company’s goals aligns with personal aspirations. I consider myself a curious person who loves to learn and stay up to date. I believe that surrounding myself with talented people, especially those with greater expertise, is crucial for growth. I’m particularly interested in developing my professional profile towards becoming a Growth Manager. I’d love to help design strategies to improve the customer experience, offer new services to meet customer needs, and position a brand as a leader in the field. Of course, I believe these strategies must be supported by the right analysis to ensure profitability.
