My name is Yanina, I am from Argentina living in Ireland. I am looking for a remote job that will allow me to continue growing professionally in the area of human resources, finish my Diploma program and continue with English classes. I have an upper-intermediate level, but next month I will apply for the exam to upgrade to advanced and in September I will take the Cambridge exam. My academic background in Social Psychology is an important asset as it provides me with a deep understanding of human behavior, group dynamics and motivation, which is crucial to effectively match candidates with the right positions and establish strong and lasting relationships with clients. I possess a natural empathy that allows me to truly understand candidates' aspirations and clients' specific needs, ensuring a truly consultative and quality-driven recruitment service. Emigrating alone is not easy, but even so I did it. The fears and challenges that I face on a daily basis do not keep me from my goal; I am determined, tenacious, and friendly.
