About
I AM LOOKING to generate income that allows me to continue my development in the Biotech sector. My goal is to travel, work as a digital nomad, or settle for a period (months or even years) in another country (mainly Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil). And here is my CHALLENGE... I am very enthusiastic and motivated to fully develop in the biotech sector because I believe my experiences and skills can bring significant value given my professional background. It began in the lab, where I worked directly with molecular biology, microbiology, plant cultivation techniques, etc. However, after completing the MBA in Innovation Management in Science and Technology in Brazil, I knew I wanted to be part of innovative spaces with a global perspective. Upon returning, I joined the Acuario del Río Paraná Scientific, Technological, and Educational Center, an interdisciplinary space with great potential where I have developed key skills such as conflict resolution, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and the application of agile methodologies, even before formally knowing their names. In mid-2024, I participated in a workshop on "Agile Innovation Management" taught by a Biotechnologist, team leader of a startup from Rosario, which consolidated these practices, strengthened my focus on applied innovation, and motivated me to create a new professional profile. And here I am, with the energy to move forward, which is why I am reaching out to you. I consider myself a self-taught person, passionate about nature and personal development. During this last period, in the challenging context that public institutions in Argentina are going through, I have cultivated a great capacity for self-motivation and resilience, which allows me to adapt and propose solutions even in adverse conditions. With all this, I believe I can develop a solid profile in the biotech sector, integrating my experience in project management, innovation, and sustainability, and contributing a vision that combines science and technology with a strategic, impact-oriented perspective. I am ready to move!
