In 2015, I was a corporate auditor at a multinational laboratory with headquarters throughout Latin America, Europe, and the US. I was in charge of 5 countries, and my work life was very dynamic. When I became pregnant, I decided to resign and return to Argentina, but my job search didn't go as I had hoped. For years, I've been looking for a company that motivates, trains, and challenges me every day. Three years ago, we moved back to Uruguay and I found a market that operates almost exclusively through contacts, making everything much more difficult. I'm struggling to find my direction....
