My name is Cabrera Rocio, I am 25 years old, I graduated as an analyst in labor relations, and I am an administrative assistant. I studied for 6 years at the Cultural Inglesa, which is why I understand the English language and can perform at an intermediate level. My next challenge is to continue studying the language. I worked for 2 years at a company that provided mobile telephony and fiber optics, first in sales and then in customer management via chat. I handled billing, addressed complaints, and escalated issues. I also developed customer service skills in clothing stores. I have a daughter who is 1.5 years old, which is why I had to suspend my work life to dedicate her first months fully to her.
