About
I consider myself a proactive and creative person, I love to learn and contribute new experiences and contribute to disruptive solutions. I work very well in groups and leading teams on different projects, from social issues to specific sectoral schemes. I implemented considerable advances in large companies, from the HR area, from recruitment processes, onboarding to performance evaluation training. Together with the developers, I built the e-learning platform, and I am currently studying information analysis with R, big data, and machine learning within the Master's program. I am looking for a new job opportunity that allows me to manage my time, where the work is results-oriented and that seeks or gives me the possibility to generate a positive impact on society. Among my main concerns is access to formal employment for the most vulnerable populations. I have a lot to contribute and I believe I am in the best stage of my professional career. Currently, I am training in PRH to be able to accompany people and companies and in English for the TOEFL exam. I aspire to be able to relocate in the short/medium term. I am the first graduate in my family, and I consider that this gives me the certainty of my abilities to adapt to changes, resilience, and creativity to find solutions.
