Counselor with integrative humanistic training and experience in supporting people in their personal development. Throughout my experience, I have worked both in a consulting setting and in areas related to customer service, problem-solving, sales, data entry, report writing, and administrative tasks. These experiences have allowed me to strengthen key skills such as active listening, empathy, assertive communication, and problem-solving ability. I consider myself a dynamic, detail-oriented, organized person with great autonomy in managing my responsibilities, without losing sight of teamwork and a positive work environment. I consider myself curious and always seek to update and train myself to support evolution, not only personal but also that of my environment and adapt to current demands. I seek to grow in my profession, offer my services independently, and while doing so, be able to offer my full potential in a job aligned with my knowledge and experiences, as well as to companies that wish to incorporate consulting to address internal issues. I have not carried out this last option as an independent professional, and it may be a challenge to overcome, since at some point I did it partially in my last job as a dependent employee, but it was one more function within the position I held. I am sure that my contribution can be of great value and I am grateful for the time spent reading my profile.
