I am interested in developing in selection and recruitment, talent, training, in all areas of the "soft" side of human resources, as throughout my experience I have worked in "hard" positions. I feel motivated to deploy the full potential and responsibilities of the career I chose, as I believe I have many skills and competencies for it. This stems from my previous jobs (sales, in-person and telephone customer service, workshop facilitator in labor law, etc.) and, of course, from the last 7 years of concrete experience in the personnel area.
