I am looking for roles 100% focused on team management, Scrum Master without being a PM. I have done it before and can do it again, but if there are other offers, that's better. I like to challenge teams to think differently, to listen to what they bring, and to challenge myself so that little by little we can build a team model with a methodology that works for us. I am interested in collaborating with other areas, but always focused on the team and the product.
