Since I started working, I've always been interested in at least hybrid work. I had the opportunity and I believe it's a benefit in terms of time for my personal things, complementing with sports and daily activities. Performance remains the same and there's more concentration, in fact. I'm interested in being part of a large company with a track record and international presence, hopefully. I like the corporate environment. I would like to reach an important position in the future and project myself with the next company I belong to. I want to be more in control of my time, not taking more than 1 hour to get home. My main challenge is with myself, to prove that I can, to excel with results that the company seeks.
