Let me tell you a bit about myself 😊 I hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Universidad de Palermo, with a Master's in Digital Talent Management from Nuclio Digital School (Barcelona). Throughout my professional journey, I have specialized in leadership, organizational well-being, and talent management, with training as an Organizational Coach Leader (UdeSA), Chief Happiness Officer (Big Bienestar), and international certifications such as DISC (TTI Success) and NLP. Additionally, I am an instructor at Big Bienestar (endorsed by UAI), have been a columnist in the press, radio, and TV, and an active member of professional networks like DCH (Human Capital Directors).
