Seeking the first opportunity to lead a UX design and research team. I want to work with a product or service that allows me to develop innovative approaches and motivates me. I have been unemployed for five months, and I am transforming my profile towards the world of AI management, meaning I am training to build AI assistants to accelerate some tasks for the teams where I work, and if possible, I could automate some workflows. For this, I must conduct internal research within the organization to design the work experience for work teams and improve results.
