About

I am looking for a change. I do not want a place where I am forced to go to the office. I understand that because of my role, HR, if there are people who work in person, logically one has to go too, but I think I have reached a point where I prefer to prioritize my freedom and be able to choose where to work from. I would like to find a job that is remote, where work is done by objectives and where I have that flexibility. And if I have to change roles and work in something else because there isn't much demand for my field, I am open to doing so, but I wouldn't know where to start. Whether to take a PM course, or what is in most demand today. My dream is to not have to ask for vacation days to travel, but rather to be able to do both simultaneously.
