I love designing processes and work teams. I want to continue developing professionally in areas of direction or management that do not necessarily imply a full-time employment relationship, but rather a fractional model. Throughout these years, I've learned that I don't want to be economically dependent on a single employer and that I would like to be able to start my own business. I believe my professional experience can be very valuable for small companies that don't have the budget to pay a full-time Director salary for someone with my experience, but could pay for my services part-time. Beyond the professional, I am a dad of 2 and a musician. For many years, I've been dedicated to making traditional Irish music, accompanying the community at many of their events.

- I have many years of experience with remote work. At DHNN, I work remotely coordinating internal and external teams (and projects) in different cities across the country as well as for the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Previously, I was Area Manager at a business unit that provided internal services to 5 units in 3 different countries. Before that, I was Communications Director at an international NGO with offices in NY, Oregon, Geneva, Quito, and Buenos Aires, requiring me to work remotely with local teams.
