I have experience in coaching in English and Spanish, including supporting companies and executives to improve their English to a high level. Design interventions and changes in organizational systems to resolve identified difficulties and opportunities. Implement processes that foster collaboration, aligned with the organization's purpose, vision, and values. I give workshops: Explore How to have difficult conversations? Develop a feedback culture within your organization. Understand how to sensitively navigate multicultural environments. Identify how power dynamics impact work relationships. I facilitate cooperation networks: Planning, organization, and facilitation of: Fair business networking events where participants receive support to present their ideas. Spaces for solidarity exchange among members of the same cultural group within an organization. I have worked internationally throughout my career, but I am very interested in focusing more on Latin America!
