About
I would like a remote job, in a company or institution where my work has a positive impact on people and is not just to add to profits. I am interested in supporting people and have a lot of experience, tools, and patience to do so. Therefore, I would like to challenge myself in candidate recruitment and onboarding for new hires. It will be challenging for me because it will involve new training in a universe of concepts, but I am also encouraged by all that I could contribute in such an area. In any case, what I need most right now is material stability, so I am available for administrative tasks, project management, managing calendars, data entry, and file structure management. I would like to avoid sales because I feel it is 'bothering' people... probably a prejudice, but it is not an area that attracts me. My heart always vibrates for doing good around me, which is why I have been working in mental health for almost 20 years. But the context leads me to be flexible and creative in finding new fields and spaces to offer my skills. So, I am fully available to search with you for that 'something more'.
