About
Lately, I have been looking to work as a full-time employee, either as a graphic designer or in a motion graphics/animation role (at a junior level). I am finding it increasingly difficult to continue working as a freelancer, and the transition to the full-time job market is taking longer than I expected. I have had several interviews where I was not selected (I understand this is part of the process), but between my current work and the time it takes me to look for a full-time job, I am facing many difficulties.
