I enjoy challenges and learning new things. I learn quickly and adapt very easily to changes. My experience working both abroad and at SAP has helped me develop my communication, problem-solving, and flexibility skills, making me prepared to work in any international company and environment. I would like to delve deeper into Human Resources, especially Recruiting. I am looking for a job that is more results-oriented than schedule-based. A place where I can not only enhance the skills I already have but also incorporate new knowledge and develop my career further. I have experience in interviews and staff training. I am very analytical and organized. Although I haven't used an ATS, I have knowledge of systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
