Throughout my 20 years of professional experience in project management, at companies such as Motorola Solutions, Nokia, and Alcatel-Lucent, I have developed a strong ability to support complex system integration projects, ensuring their success from planning to closure, always with a strong focus on risk management, budget control, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. What I am looking for now is an environment where I can apply all that project management experience, but at the same time, expand my horizons towards challenges more directly related to the development of digital products, specifically in the area of web development, applications, and, very particularly, Artificial Intelligence. I am deeply interested in how AI is transforming the creation and management of projects, and I am actively acquiring knowledge in Machine Learning, principles of generative AI, and the lifecycle of AI projects. I see a great opportunity in leading initiatives that integrate these technologies to create innovative and efficient solutions. I am attracted to challenges involving the digitalization of complex processes, digital transformation, and the opportunity to work with teams that are building the future of applications and the web.
