I am Daniela Michaux, currently CFO of Grupo Económico Excelencia, comprised of 5 consolidated companies in the Real Estate / Development / Investment sector. Although my position has great financial solidity, since the companies do not have a Human Capital Department and my master's degree specialized not only in administration and technology but also in human talent management, I am in charge of leading the teams of each company from that perspective. I have solid experience in strategic human capital management and financial administration, accompanied by soft skills that have allowed me to lead teams, generate synergies, and achieve very good results in my professional career.
