The reality is that I am open to new opportunities. I am interested in working in a stable company (multinational) as well as on an interesting project (start-up) or as a consultant/freelancer. I love working in a team and with people, conducting interviews, improving processes and procedures, incorporating improvements, training leaders and teams, working on corporate culture, and providing respective training to teams to enhance their professional careers. I worked as an employability coach, in selection processes for IT and generalist profiles, and in human resources processes such as: onboarding, organizational climate, performance evaluation, learning, organizational development, process design and optimization, tool implementation, and team management. I have worked in national and international teams. I have intermediate English, I can evaluate it in candidates or have basic conversations, I have had interviews in English. I have intermediate B2 English (and I am improving my speaking more and more). I am open to new full-time opportunities or projects!
