About
Hi Maga, For years, I've been rethinking my relationship with work. Live to work, work to live? I also identify with the feeling that "there has to be something more," something I'm not seeing. I worked in my profession, as an accountant, as an employee in Argentina. In my various experiences, I realized something was missing, that I couldn't find gratification and challenge in my day-to-day. I felt like what I did, whether I did it or someone else did it, was the same. That I was meant for something more. Since childhood, I dreamed of making a contribution to the world, something bigger than myself. In that search, I made a sharp turn, started studying coaching, and found the missing ingredient. That creative part, that challenge I didn't have. Additionally, the pandemic allowed me the experience of working remotely, and that's when I realized that's what I liked. Having freedom, feeling in control of my time and my life. I went out into the world to travel, doing a Work and Holiday in Australia. Every W&H experience was about challenging myself, proving to myself that I am more than a degree, getting out of my comfort zone, traveling, saving, developing another language. Today, I am an ontological coach and am finishing my postgraduate degree in organizational coaching. Coaching is the tool that allowed me to find that impact, with a question, that generates an awakening in others, a realization, with which they can overcome their limits. I know I want to have that freedom and flexibility to work remotely.
