I am looking for a job that allows me to grow as a person and professionally, and at the same time allows me to achieve other goals, such as continuing to study Law, a career I started but could not continue due to lack of time. I always worked in companies that required me to be there 9 hours a day, plus the different responsibilities I acquired, which left me no time to dedicate to the career I chose. For this reason, I am interested in remote work; I see it as a way to earn money and allow me to continue with my studies and things that one puts aside for lack of time, like traveling, making new friends. I lost many friends due to lack of time or being focused on work, and today I consider it a mistake, but at the time one doesn't realize it. The inertia of work led me to that, and I allowed it. I know that remote work is a totally unknown world, but I like challenges. I consider myself prepared, and I want to try it. If I have to learn new skills, I have no problem with that. In my previous job, which I mentioned something about, I conducted interviews for personnel incorporation, I did personnel recruitment, I resolved conflicts among hired personnel, I managed personnel rotation so that everyone knew how to do various jobs and it wouldn't become routine. From there, my interest and desire to study HR was born, a shorter career with fewer subjects, and it was like giving my work a diploma.
