Involved in the world of hospitality and sales for 12 years, facing different challenges in each position. I started in tourism while still studying at university. After finishing my studies, the experience from my internships in Cancun, in the hotel sector, impressed me more; I haven't stopped since. I returned to Peru and had the opportunity to work at Swissôtel and Country Club Hotel, which were my main schools. I learned a lot and was able to see the different areas work together, and I chose to move into Operations. The fulfillment of high standards and the requirement of every detail to ensure guests' entire stay was memorable. In the last few years, I got involved in a real estate startup project: Properties Management - boutique apartment rental. We started working on FF&E, apartment reception, equipment with different suppliers, increasing information on the web, OTAs, and Airbnb, assembling a work team, preparing operational processes, and commercial relations with investors and renters. Now I am 100% focused on working as a freelancer in sales, events, properties management, and entertainment for renowned companies in Lima. Positions pass, people transcend.
