Hello! I'm Ana, a psychologist and wellness educator with over a decade of experience integrating mental health, public health, and education. I am passionate about working on projects that generate real impact, especially in contexts where well-being is not always accessible. I am looking for opportunities where I can continue creating tools and experiences that translate complex concepts —such as trauma, stress, or child development— into tangible resources that improve people's daily lives.
